下载、安装或使用 TaoMind（以下简称"本应用"）即表示您同意受本服务条款的约束。如果您不同意这些条款，请勿使用本应用。By downloading, installing, or using TaoMind (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. 服务描述2. Description of Service
TaoMind 是一个基于 AI 的智慧指引应用，借鉴《道德经》和《金刚经》等经典哲学文本的智慧，为用户提供反思性的见解。主要功能包括：TaoMind is an AI-powered guidance app that draws on classical texts such as the Tao Te Ching and the Diamond Sutra to offer reflective insight. Its main features include:
- 每日经文：每天推送一条经典哲学语录与反思问题。Daily Verse: a classical quote and a reflective question each day.
- 求取智慧：用户描述情境，AI 生成包含经典引文、解读、反思和实践指引的结构化回答。Seek Wisdom: you describe a situation; the AI returns structured guidance with classical quotes, interpretation, reflection, and practice suggestions.
- 每日修行与珍藏卡：记录每日感悟完成打卡，并依据打卡进度解锁道德经主题珍藏卡。Daily practice & collectible cards: record daily reflections to check in and unlock Tao Te Ching collectible cards as your streak grows.
- 修行日志：保存和回顾历史智慧对话记录。Practice journal: your past sessions, saved and searchable.
3. 用户责任3. User Responsibilities
3.1 合法使用3.1 Lawful Use
您同意不会将本应用用于任何非法目的，或违反适用法律法规的方式。You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
3.2 内容限制3.2 Content Restrictions
您同意不会使用本应用：You agree not to use the App to:
- 提交违法、骚扰、诽谤或威胁性内容。submit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or threatening content;
- 提交涉及暴力、仇恨言论或非法活动的描述。submit descriptions involving violence, hate speech, or illegal activity;
- 试图破解、逆向工程或篡改本应用或其后端服务。attempt to crack, reverse engineer, or tamper with the App or its backend services.
3.3 账户3.3 Accounts
本应用通过"通过 Apple 登录"提供可选账户，用于在您的设备间同步修行记录。您对账户凭据的保管负责，并同意不与他人共享账户。The App offers an optional account via Sign in with Apple, used to sync your practice across your devices. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and agree not to share your account with others.
4. 知识产权4. Intellectual Property
4.1 应用所有权4.1 App Ownership
TaoMind 及其所有相关代码、设计、品牌和内容的全部知识产权归开发者所有。All intellectual property in the App — code, design, branding, and content — belongs to the developer.
4.2 用户内容4.2 User Content
您保留您提交的问题和描述的著作权。您授予我们存储和处理这些内容的权利，以便为您提供核心服务。You retain the copyright to the questions and descriptions you submit. You grant us the right to store and process that content in order to provide the core service.
4.3 AI 生成内容4.3 AI-Generated Content
通过"求取智慧"等功能生成的回答由 AI 模型产生，其版权归属及相关法律问题遵循适用法律的规定。Answers generated by the App are produced by AI models; ownership and related legal questions are governed by applicable law.
5. 免责声明5. Disclaimers
5.1 内容性质5.1 Nature of Content
AI 生成的内容具有反思性，不能替代专业建议。 本应用提供的内容：AI-generated content is reflective in nature and is not a substitute for professional advice. Content provided by the App:
- 不构成心理咨询、治疗或医疗建议。does not constitute psychological, therapeutic, or medical advice;
- 不构成法律、财务或商业建议。does not constitute legal, financial, or business advice;
- 仅供个人反思和启发参考。is provided for personal reflection and inspiration only.
5.2 准确性5.2 Accuracy
我们不保证 AI 生成内容的准确性、完整性或可靠性。We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
5.3 服务可用性5.3 Availability
我们尽合理努力保持服务可用，但不保证服务不会中断或没有错误。We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. 责任限制6. Limitation of Liability
在法律允许的最大范围内，TaoMind 及其开发者不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaoMind and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
7. 付费订阅与买断7. Subscriptions & Lifetime Purchase
本应用提供可选的 TaoMind Pro 高级功能，方案及价格如下：Optional TaoMind Pro features are offered on the following plans:
- 月订阅： $7.99 / 月Monthly: $7.99 / month
- 季订阅： $17.99 / 季（3 个月）Quarterly: $17.99 / 3 months
- 年订阅： $39.99 / 年Yearly: $39.99 / year
- 终身买断： 一次性付费，永久解锁 Pro 功能（具体价格以应用内展示为准）Lifetime: one-time purchase, permanent access to Pro features (see in-app pricing)
所有付费均通过 Apple 的 App Store In-App Purchase 系统处理。订阅将自动续期，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时通过 Apple ID 设置关闭自动续期。当前周期内不支持取消已生效的订阅。All payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
如需管理订阅或申请退款，请前往 Apple ID 设置或联系 Apple 支持。To manage subscriptions or request refunds, go to your Apple ID settings or contact Apple Support.
8. 终止8. Termination
我们保留在任何时候终止或暂停您访问本应用的权利，如果您违反本服务条款，无需事先通知。We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
9. 适用法律9. Governing Law
本服务条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖，并按其解释。These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
10. 条款变更10. Changes to These Terms
我们可能会不时更新本服务条款。重大变更时，我们会通过应用内通知告知您。We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you in the App.
