确保已更新到最新版本Make sure you're on the latest version

卸载后重新安装（登录后数据会从云端恢复）Reinstall the app (your data restores from the cloud after sign-in)

❓ 求取智慧时没有回应或提示连接错误Seek Wisdom isn't responding, or I see a connection error

❓ 如何获得修行珍藏卡？How do I earn collectible cards?

完成每日修行打卡（或在有效期内补卡）即可解锁。每次打卡会随机发放一张你尚未拥有的珍藏卡，共 81 张，对应《道德经》81 章。收藏进度可在"每日修行"页的"修行纪念册"中查看，点开任意已拥有的卡片即可分享。Complete a daily check-in (or use streak backfill when available). Each check-in grants one random card you don't yet own — 81 in total, one for each chapter of the Tao Te Ching. Your collection lives in the Practice tab; tap any owned card to share it.

❓ 分享的珍藏卡图片保存在哪里？Where does my shared card image go?

点击"分享"后会打开 iOS 系统分享面板，可以选择微信、朋友圈、Instagram、X 或"存储图像"保存到相册等任意支持图片分享的渠道。Tapping Share opens the iOS share sheet, where you can send the card via any channel that accepts images — Messages, Mail, Instagram, X, WeChat, Save to Photos, and more.

❓ 订阅后仍显示免费版I subscribed but the app still shows the free version

请尝试以下步骤：Try the following:

打开"设置"页面，系统会自动刷新订阅状态Open the Settings tab — the app refreshes your subscription status automatically
在 iPhone "设置" > "Apple ID" > "订阅"中确认订阅是否有效Confirm the subscription is active in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
点击"恢复购买"按钮Tap "Restore Purchases"

❓ 如何取消订阅？How do I cancel my subscription?

您可以通过 iPhone 系统设置取消订阅：Cancel anytime from your iPhone's system settings:

打开 iPhone "设置"Open Settings
点击顶部的"Apple ID"Tap your Apple ID at the top
进入"订阅"Go to Subscriptions
找到 TaoMind 并选择"取消订阅"Find TaoMind and tap Cancel Subscription

您可以在"修行日志"中单条删除记录。如需完全删除所有数据，请通过下方邮箱联系我们，我们将在合理时间内处理。You can delete individual entries in the practice journal. To erase everything, email us below and we'll take care of it promptly.
